Healthy Shake (and delicious, too!)

This is one of my favorite meal replacement shakes. I buy them in little packets so I can take them on the go. You can mix them with almond milk or water (or any liquid) and blend them with fruit or other mixers to make them frothy. They have TONS of vitamins in them so you get what you need in the day in one quick shake!

They come in a several flavors (chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, and greenberry). Most people like the strawberry and vanilla best. The greenberry isn’t really that great so I don’t recommend it. They even have Vegan options!

Here’s my favorite recipe that works with every flavor:

– 1 cup almond milk
– 2 tablespoons of almond butter
– 1/2 banana
– 1 packet of any Shakeology mix

Blend it all up in any blender and yummy!!!! You can add ice, obviously, for a colder taste, but I just like mine with cold almond milk.
